New Researchers’ Conference, 16 & 17 November 2018

The 9th New Researchers' conference organised by the British Commission for Military History will be held at the University of Southampton on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 November 2018. Its purpose is to bring together current research by postgraduate and early career scholars in the field of military history and related disciplines.

Its philosophy is to offer an open and supportive forum for people with a broad range of interests – from material culture to those interested in intelligence or military technique – to meet and share their research. 

Venue: The University of Southampton

Dates: Friday 16th – Saturday 17th November 2018

The event will run from lunchtime on the Friday to 5pm on the Saturday, including dinner and evening entertainment.
